How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email link.

How do I turn off LoveTab AI?

Open Profile → Privacy & Safety and switch off AI-enhanced responses.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, connections, check-ins, and AI history.

Who can see my profile?

Your LoveTab profile is visible to your connections. You control connection requests and can block users from Privacy & Safety.

How does LoveTab AI use my data?

Before LT AI sends any message or relationship context to a third-party provider, the app asks for your consent. The provider is OpenAI. You can decline and still use the rest of LoveTab, or turn off AI-enhanced responses anytime in Profile → Privacy & Safety.

1. Email support@lovetabapp.com from the address tied to your LoveTab account.
2. Describe what you were doing and include your @username if you have one.
3. For account access issues, mention whether you use email or phone sign-in.

You can delete your account anytime in the app under Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
